My group and I were given the task of securing an agreement with DNB to become the next design agency to help them with the challenge of "Creating a useful and relevant banking service for children." To convince them, we developed a detailed plan. It included, among other things, how we believed DNB should approach the challenge from a design perspective, how they should be organized, and a milestone plan. At the same time, we demonstrated how our approach would contribute to creating value for the company.

To solve the task, we defined our own understanding of the problem. We then mapped out the stakeholders and their respective interests. What was particularly important to us was DNB’s interests and their strategies at different levels. We developed a plan for how to execute the project, including milestones and specific delivery dates. It was especially important to highlight how we could apply service design and utilize the tools at our disposal.
