A fictional company called "Hippeas" is a new snack that aims to increase its brand awareness in Norway. They need help leading the project and thus hire me as the project manager. They request deliverables such as a developed project mandate, where I use the project triangle to explain how I will achieve success. An effective communication plan, as well as a project plan covering all activities from project start to finish. I was also asked to explain how I, as the leader, will evaluate the project and my own performance.

To solve the task, I used several well-known project management models, including a SWOT analysis, stakeholder overview chart, Gantt chart, and responsibility matrix. By combining different models with my own reasoning, I was able to plan a project that, in theory, should be feasible.
